Yara joined Arias in 2016 where she is an Associate Attorney in the corporate department. She advises national and international clients on operations' development for companies in different economic sectors, mainly in the energy, hydrocarbon, agricultural, industrial, free trade zone, banking and finance sectors.
During her time in Arias, she has collaborated in complex transactions that imply due diligence, project structuring, drafting agreements, guarantee constitution, obtaining licenses, permits and authorizations before the respective authorities, as well as the analysis of legal strategies that adjust to the needs of clients.
As part of her corporate social responsibility work, she has provided legal advice to non-profit associations dedicated to promoting and developing leadership and entrepreneurship of Nicaraguan women.

Incorporation as an Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of Nicaragua.
