Sheyla joined Arias as part of their practice in San Pedro Sula on June 2022 as a lawyer with experience in the area of labor law and administrative law.
She currently provides legal advice in the area of labor, administrative and tax law, including challenges, application for exemptions, and processing of licenses and operating permits before the Municipal Corporation, as well as procedures and applications before the SAR, CUSTOMS, Secretary of Labor, and attention to labor lawsuits before the Courts.
