Experience

  • Raquel is part of the Litigation Department. She has solid experience in the judicial field, which allowed her to specialize in civil, commercial, intellectual property and constitutional procedures. In addition to that, she has experience and knowledge in the fields of electricity and telecommunications, and administrative procedures before sanitary authorities. She is a professor of Constitutional Law and Procedural Law at various universities in the country, at a undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

  • Bachellor of Laws from the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas. Honorable Mention Cum Laude.
  • Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice to practice as Lawyer and Notary.
  • Master in Constitutional Law from the Menéndez Pelayo International University and the Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies of Madrid.
  • Master in Human Rights and Democratization for Latin America and the Caribbean from the International Center for Political Studies of the University of San Martín, Argentina.
  • To obtain her masters degrees, she has been a fellow of the Ministry of the Presidency of Spain and the European Union, respectively.
