  • Pedro Pablo García Solares joined Arias Guatemala in February 2021 in the Intellectual and Industrial Property practice area. Among the distinctive functions he performs as an Attorney at Law and Notary, the study and analysis of various contingencies that could harm the trademark rights of our clients, which include: a) the preparation of briefs of objections, oppositions, defenses of oppositions and revocations of trademarks; b) the coordination and cooperation with other practice areas of the firm on issues related to Intellectual and Industrial Property of our clients and c) the preparation of reports related to trademark searches and other intellectual property matters that different clients request, as well as the preparation of legal opinions.
  • He has more than 10 years of experience in legal matters at national and international level in areas related to corporate, labour, intellectual property, real estate, administrative, civil, criminal and immigration law, which has allowed him to develop skills such as focus on results, negotiation, conflict resolution, planning and organization, excellent relations with the public and private sector, facility to prepare reports and technical opinions in English and Spanish, teamwork and computer package management, which are necessary to provide a quality service assuming with responsibility and professional ethics in the exercise of his profession.
