  • Gabriel joined the firm in July 2018, and currently holds the position of Associate Attorney in the Corporate and Banking and Finance team.
  • He advises national and international investors in their businesses within different economic sectors, providing legal assistance in corporate, financial, labor, and regulatory matters.
  • During his career at Arias he has collaborated in the analysis of legal strategies for complex projects, such as due diligences, contracts, structuring of guarantees, incorporation of legal entities, licensing, among others.
  • He has participated in different congresses and workshops, among them the Leadership Seminar given by Oxford University, England; the Legal Development Congress given by IKM Law in Nairobi, Kenya; and the Organization of American States (OAS) Model held in Barranquilla, Colombia.
  • Gabriel is a fellow of the DLA Piper Foundation Global Scholarship, which included an internship at a global law firm located in Mexico City, Mexico.
