Erika joined Arias in 2017, being part of the team of the Department of Labour Law and Business Immigration, within which she's involved in the monitoring and control of migratory processes that are carried out in El Salvador, with special emphasis in the area of Foreign Affairs, and Labor Law, providing legal advice and support to foreigners who work or reside in the country.
Additionally, she is part of the Department of Corporate and Commercial law, advising and supporting national and international companies, especially in terms of translations, of: By-Laws, Certificates of Organization, Powers of Attorney, among others.
She worked for 2 years in a law firm where she collaborated as Legal Assistant and Expert Translator. (2013 – 2015). Later, she performed freelance work, such as technical studies, labor consultations and translation proceedings (2016).
