Diana joined Arias as a Legal Assistant in 2020. In January 2021 she was promoted to Associate Attorney of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. During her career she has participated in different administrative processes before Public Institutions, and has also been involved in civil, commercial and family litigation. At the same time, she has worked with national and international companies in credit recovery and assets investigation. She has also assisted in the execution of due diligence for the acquisition of real estates, mergers and acquisition concerning local companies in the energy and pharmaceutical sector.
