The aforementioned agreement, effective as of its publication, establishes the parameters to determine the level of risk in each municipality and determinate the applicable color for alerts (based on traffic light system), according to the established indicators.
It also regulates the opening of economic activities and work center. The following directions must be complied with:
Municipalities on green alert are excepted.
Children under 2 years of age, people who due to their medical condition have a contraindication and municipalities on green alert are excepted from the obligation.
In the case of municipalities on red alert, the organizers of religious, recreational or sports activities must prepare their biosafety protocols and present them to the local health authorities for review, feedback and extension of note of no objection.
