Plaza Centroamérica, S.A. inaugurated on February 10, 2016 the project called "Plaza Centroamérica", valued in $10.5 million; this project aims to give a new appeal to Managua with a high added value. the project involves the construction of an eight-floor building, that will house restaurants and office modules, which are expected to be at full capacity by 2017.
The first floor will be used by shops and restaurants, and from the second to the eighth floor will be office modules, with an expected capacity of up to 12 modules per floor, which will be distributed according to demand.
According to Javier Chamorro, executive director of the Agency for Promotion of Investments and Exports (ProNicaragua), this type of construction helps to generate a new image of the country and projects a favorable business climate.
Arias, through Partners Roger Perez and Bernard Pallais, is advising Plaza Centroamérica, S.A. in all matters related to the construction of the building, the establishment of the condominium regimen, as well as with the drafting of the contracts for sale and rental of each of the modules.
