Katherine joined the firm in 2019. She is part of the labor law division. She has extensive experience in day-to-day matters in prevention, compensation plans, workplace risk management, compliance with social security regulations, as well as strategic support for decision-making in the Legal and HR departments. She has also provided advice and follow-up to transnational companies in the process of establishing and closing operations in Costa Rica, due diligence, as well as advice on trainings when required.
Katherine is also in charge of labor litigation, providing follow-up and accompaniment to companies during the process, through her knowledge in administrative and judicial conflicts resolution.
At the beginning of her professional career she worked as a lawyer in the tax and administrative law sectors for national and international companies.
