Tracy Varela

She is part of the Corporate Department of the firm. Tracy Varela has experience in corporate structuring, as well as drafting and preparation of contracts. In addition, she participates in the preparation of due diligences, mergers and acquisitions, and the drafting of legal opinions on corporate issues.

• Juris Doctor-equivalent law degree from the Universidad de Costa Rica Law School with emphasis in Banking and Financial Law, with Honors Thesis. 
• Currently she is pursuing a special degree in Commercial Law at the Universidad de Costa Rica.
