Prior to joining the firm, Nidia worked for 7 years in the financial sector, holding managing positions in legal departments, both in public and private entities. This gave her experience in commercial and administrative law, contracts formalization, local acquisitions law, registration, judicial recovery and litigations in general. Subsequently she focused her practice in the corporate and commercial private area, while providing support and advice to one of the most important multinational companies located in El Salvador in the textile and manufacturing sector, during this period she gained experience in matters pertaining the free zone regime, imports, tax, multinational corporate governance and restructuring of governments, and other topics related to the operation of such companies.

- Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador as a practicing Attorney and as a Notary Public in El Salvador.
